  鮮肉柜可以分為水冷卻式、風冷式、水和空氣聯合冷卻式三種類型,其實這三種類型是有很大的區別的,存儲的食物不同,溫度范圍不同、工作原理不同。

  1.水冷(leng)卻(que)式:是(shi)以(yi)冷(leng)藏(zang)(zang)柜中(zhong)的冷(leng)藏(zang)(zang)器用水作為冷(leng)卻(que)介質。超市(shi)鮮(xian)肉柜使 高溫高壓的氣態制冷(leng)劑冷(leng)凝(ning)的設備。

鮮肉柜
